Production Process
A perfect mould is basing on a perfect design. For this reason we set a high value on precise and technically high-grade planning work.
In our tool-shop we convert the developments of our designers by using very efficient and precise machines which are being operated by high-qualified personnel.
After complete assembly, every mould undergoes a test-run. Maximum productivity and precision will be achieved by fine-tuning.
The articles produced during a test-run undergo a most-modern cumputerized quality control. Only after all values are within allowed tolerances, the mould will be dispatched.
